Ballarini Bologna Keravis

The Bologna Keravis GRANITIUM five-layer non-stick coating is suitable for intensive use and withstands temperatures of up to 250 °.  Thanks to its non-stick qualities allows reducing almost completely to the use of oil or grease. The frying pan is made of forge and solid structure and has been given a stone finish, which makes it suitable both for cooking and serving on the table with great elegance.

The Radiant induction base is heated quickly and evenly, especially in induction plates, but also in all other types of cooking. The handle is ergonomic and the Thermopoint indicator, located on it, indicates with red color, if the pan has reached the ideal temperature. If the dot is green again, it indicates that the pan has cooled down. Stirring and turning food is simple, since the pan is low, scratch resistant and allows the use of metal cooking utensils.

The pan can be washed by hand, or in the dishwasher. With this flat frying pan of the Bologna Granitium series you will acquire a practical and versatile kitchen container, in which, thanks to the excellent characteristics of its materials and a well thought-out design, you will be able to prepare excellent dishes.
