Ballarini Amalfi

Ballarini Amalfi Series’ cooking surface is CORTAN ST3, a three-layer non-stick material, that's why the food does not stick or crumble when turned over. The outer coating has been applied by spraying technique. It's metallic black, very elegant. The interior is also black. 
The handle is made of black synthetic material and has a protection against flames, which protects from the rising heat.  It is light and the handle very practical.
